The SMFS information and networking event will take place in Zurich again this year with around 250 participants. On October 24, 2024, the partners (up to 20 exhibitors) of Switzerland's largest forum will come together for presentations, discussions and keynote speeches under the motto:
“Human creativity meets machine efficiency. How artificial intelligence is redefining service management!”

In today’s era where artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping the world of work, people are at the center of a significant transformation. AI-based IT service management (ITSM) contributes significantly to increasing employee productivity while promoting a human-centered work environment. Experts emphasize the potential of AI-supported solutions such as automated ticket solutions, chatbots and AIOps, which not only increase efficiency but also take the human factor into account. These technologies are designed to reduce repetitive tasks and allow IT teams to focus on more creative and strategic challenges. But this is precisely where the new generative AIs are also waiting in the wings.
The trade fair will culminate in the presentation of the SMFS Award for the Service Management Project of the Year 2024.
